Olio Food Truck is what happens when a passionate chef decides to share his talents with you. Chef Daniel Krugman, attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of Chicago. Throughout Dan's 12+ years of experience in the culinary industry, he became a well-rounded chef in numerous global cuisines. Olio Food Truck specializes in Mediterranean inspired flavors, and shines a new light on the North Platte Valley culinary scene, with a "from scratch" menu, and a sit down restaurant vibe, gone mobile.
