Broken leg causes cancellation

of March ‘Gather at the Table’

With the head cook laid up by a compound fracture of an ankle suffered Sunday evening, the “Gather at the Table” planned turkey dinner Monday, March 1, has been cancelled.

Becky Strickland sustained the injury and has been hospitalized, according to a news release from the committee. She hopes to recover in time to continue with the popular free meal and fellowship in April.

Committee members and friends ask everyone to keep her in your prayers.
