Full Moon Hike: September 29

This beautiful program is designed to start with a Wyoming sunset draping gracefully over the Mountains, and end under the light of the full moon. The Indian Bathtubs Trail is a 1.5 mile trail (roundtrip),

and relatively flat for .75 miles,

with a slight downward trail which crosses a very

shallow creek and then a slight incline to the rocky outcrop,

known as Indian Bathtubs.

It is a guided hike focusing on the aesthetic, while offering opportunities to stop and interpret the night sky.

This is a family friendly hike but please, no pets.

Wear sturdy shoes, bring water, dress appropriately for

weather and bring a headlamp or small flashlight.

There are no services at this sight, pack it in, pack it out.

Event is weather permitting.

The event will last approximately 2 hours.

We will meet at the trailhead at 6:00 PM.

DIRECTIONS: From the town of Riverside, head east on WY-230 for roughly .8 mile. Take a right onto Blackhall Mountain Road, heading south. Stay straight on the road for approximately 1 mile. A sign for the Indian Bathtub Trail is on the righthand side of the road.
