Presenter, Darcie Hoffland, is the executive director of the Wyoming Press Association, a position she started February 1st of this year. She began her career at the Laramie Boomerang in 2006 as an advertising consultant, later becoming retail advertising manager. In 2010, she was named the Boomerang?s advertising and marketing director, a position she held until 2014. In 2015, she moved to Jackson, where she most recently served as a marketing specialist for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. Darcie has a degree in communications with an emphasis on integrated marketing from the University of Wyoming
