You are invited to participate in the Chip in for Cancer Tournament…..you may have been a past supporter by playing or sponsoring holes or donating auction items or even inviting others to play.

Please consider doing it again;

last year raised over $25,000 to help others travel for cancer treatments

The funds reside with the Corbett Medical Foundation for distribution, as needed. 

Tax letters are provided for your donations                                            

Donations

•            The donation to play is still $200 per person    ($800 per 4 person team)                                             

•            Hole sponsorships are available at $250 each                                                                                                   

•            Donations of any size are greatly appreciated – for silent auction items or more

Payment - Is due upon reservation    (must be paid by May 1)         

              Checks made out to Corbett Medical Foundation may be mailed to Chip in for Cancer

                 at the High School or at Raymer Construction 1101 Bridge (there is a payment box there)

The EVENT                                                 

•            Prizes for long drives for men and women

•            4 closest to the pins

•            1st place (no handicaps)

•            Silent auction items                  

•            There will be drinks and snacks available but no food
